Special Offer: My C#/.NET Bootcamp Course is out now. Get 10% OFF using the code FRIENDS10.

Today is the day I officially announce that I’ll be launching my first online video course about how to create web applications in C# using Blazor.

Blazor is an up and coming technology that got me hooked from the beginning. I want to learn as much as I can about this technology and provide an online course experience to help developers around the world to effectively learn how to create web applications using Blazor.

I’m excited that Microsoft offers a new framework to create modern web applications on top of the brand new .NET Core 3.1 platform using one of the most popular programming languages, C#.

You can already visit the course page and opt-in to get notified as soon as the course is available.

Why Should I Learn Blazor?

On yesterday’s community event .NET Conf: Focus on Blazor Microsoft showed a road map for Blazor that goes beyond developing web applications.

Blazor Road Map

Blazor will provide support for progressive web apps (PWA), hybrid apps using Electron .NET, and native applications for desktop and mobile. In other words, Blazor will be the upcoming user interface technology for the .NET platform for every device.

It’s the right time to learn about Blazor. There is a lot of free content available. My course will provide a short cut for people who don’t want to explore everything themself and prefer a guided learning experience.

Course Content & Availability

The course will be available within my Teachable school, and enrollment for the pre-launch is already open. If you are curious about what will be in the course and if it might be something for you – check out the course page where you get access to all the details.

The launch of the course will be in April 2020. The final launch date will be announced in the future.

Exclusive Offer for My Audience

I’m currently working on the course curriculum and the definition of the modules. If you have any feedback on it, please let me know.

Giving back to the community is one of the goals of this project. Yes, I want to make money with my online course so that I can create more (free) content in the future for all my channels, but I also want to give back to the people who are following me from the beginning of my journey.

The best part of being on my email list early is that I will be offering my course for a special price to you. If you are going to opt-in to my email list before the launch of the course, you’ll get a massive discount on the course

Further, I’ll not only let you know about how far the course development is and what you can expect from the final course, but I’ll also send you Blazor content that only people on my list get.

I will make an offer to purchase the course while it is being completed, which means that you can access the content as soon as it gets available before everyone else.

The option to buy the course while it is getting created is limited to the passionate audience that regularly reads my blog posts and motivates me every day to create more and better content. The offered price will be a massive discount on the final cost of the course.

If you’re not sure if the course is for you, you can subscribe to the list and later decide if the course fits your needs. Just make sure to be on the list, before the exclusive pre-sale offer ends.

Why I Want to Create an Online Course

I love teaching. It cannot be said simpler than that. Since I got into software development, I always invested more time than everyone else around me. I was never the most talented developer, but I was so passionate that I always put in more time than everyone around me.

I remember a group of upcoming developers standing around me at the age of 16 while I explained a concept in my own words after they failed to get the idea in the lesson from the teacher. It was so much fun to help other people become better developers.

Most recently, I had the chance to coach a friend through her bachelor’s degree project. It is always a lot of fun for me to see the sparkling in the eyes of a person who gets a concept or learns something new.

Back in 2008, I started my blog, and meanwhile, I wrote more than 70 articles on my blog. I wrote about my 10th year as a blogger at the end of 2018.

At the end of 2018, I also started my YouTube channel, which turned out to be a successful project. I’m continuing to provide free content on my YouTube channel in the future. If you haven’t subscribed, you might want to do that to catch free high-quality programming content.

Don’t forget to visit the course page and sign-up for the email list to get all the benefits, including the massive discount and the option to get your hands on the course before everyone else.
